Return Policy

RETURN and refund Policy

We sell four types of goods, and the return policy differs depending on type:

1). Stocked goods (such as books).
2). Custom orders (such as Fine Art Prints made on demand or personalized items).
3). Online courses for digital download or streaming.
4). Workshops that require physical attendance.

1). Stocked goods (books).
We have a 30-day return policy for stocked goods, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note that if your country of residence is not Denmark, shipping your goods may take longer than expected.

Please be aware that we do not return or reimburse shipping cost for neither the original purchase or the return to our address.

2). Custom orders
Orders or products made specially for you or personalized will be impossible to sell, and we do not accept returns for such products, as we can not easily resell them.

3). Online courses
Online materials made available for download and/or streaming can't be returned unless specifically stated on the individual product and/or a campaign advertising a different return policy. Once you have downloaded a digital download product, you will have perpetual access to it. 
For products made available via a streaming service, we guarantee the ability to stream this product for a minimum of 12 months after purchase, or alternatively, we will make said products available for download within a reasonable period.

4). Physical workshops
Physical workshops have limited spaces available, and when you book a space on such a workshop, you fill up a space. 
We do not offer cancelations or returns on workshops conducted in Denmark later than two months before the workshop.

If the workshop takes place in another country, we do not offer cancelations with returns later than three months before the workshop. 
Should you be prevented from participating, you are free to offer the ticket to another qualified participant up until two weeks before the event, as long as you communicate information about the new participant no later than this date.
 
If you are unable to find another participant yourself, we will also do our best to help find a replacement, but we can offer no guarantee that we will be able to do that.

 

Damages and Issues

For physical products please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged or if you received the wrong item so we may evaluate the issue and make it right.
Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

 

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know whether the refund was approved.
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded using your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please remember that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund, too.
